Director

Danny is the Director of DPG Surveyors Ltd and leads the practice with a strong technical and professional foundation in residential surveying and valuation. Holding a Master’s degree in Building Surveying, Danny is a RICS Registered Valuer and a member of several recognised professional bodies, reflecting his commitment to high professional and ethical standards.

With extensive experience across residential building surveys, valuations, defect analysis, and property condition reporting, Danny is known for providing clear, practical advice that helps clients make informed decisions. His approach combines thorough inspection, detailed reporting, and an understanding of the commercial and personal considerations involved in property transactions.

Lily Herbert

Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator

Lily plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of DPG Surveyors Ltd, ensuring the smooth coordination of instructions, appointments, and client communications. As Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator, she provides essential administrative and organisational support to both clients and surveyors.

Lily is often the first point of contact for clients and is committed to delivering a professional, efficient, and friendly service, helping to ensure that every instruction is managed seamlessly from initial enquiry through to report delivery.

Shane Keller

Snagging Surveyor

Shane specialises in snagging surveys for new-build and recently completed residential properties. He brings over 20 years’ experience as a qualified carpenter, which significantly enhances his ability to identify defects in workmanship, materials, and construction detailing.

This practical, hands-on background allows Shane to assess properties with a deep understanding of how buildings are constructed and how defects arise, enabling him to provide thorough, accurate, and practical snagging reports. His clear and structured findings help clients effectively engage with developers and contractors to ensure issues are resolved to an appropriate standard.
